ART WORK

Sent by email, on disk or CD, in a file format acceptable to PC’s. Art work must be black & white, without any gray or gradient areas. It should also be referred to as ‘vector’ art and not a .gif, .tiff, .jpg, .bmp or other file format that is suitable only for viewing on a screen. If the art work sent is one of the formats noted above, it must be traced into a vector art graphics program  and you will be billed for the time required to redo the logo. Please do not zip or stuff the logo, we are able to accept file sizes up to 10000 KB

The following formats are acceptable and are listed in order of preference:

*.CDR  CorelDraw (version 13)
*.AI     Adobe Illustrator
*.PSD  Adobe Photoshop

Try the following formats ONLY if you are unable to provide one of the above. Please be sure to save the .EPS as vector artwork.

*.EPS  EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
 

If you use a Mac to send artwork that has been converted to PC format, the files should not be zipped prior to sending as an attachment when the email is sent through a Mac, as there is a chance they will not be readable on arrival. If you are able to send the email and its attachment through a PC based system, this is preferred. Larger files are not usually a problem with our connection.

Sent by courier or mail should be printed on a standard letter size paper, large as possible, in black & white, from a good quality laser or ink jet printer.  We will scan the logo and reduce it.  The quality of the copy sent will be a major factor in the final result.  If there are jagged edges, or blurry lines on the copy you cannot control, you may elect to have us retouch the copy.  Charges will apply for the time this takes.
