There are no prices on the web site - how do I obtain a list?
By completing the Request for Information form and identifying yourself / firm as a bona fide distributor or food service account. Once verified, you will receive a price list attached to email as a printable .PDF file.
How do you protect the distributor?
We been in business for over 25 years and have always protected our distributors and work with them to ensure respect
for their accounts has continuity throughout our system.
How fast can you produce the order?
The usual turn around times are noted under our Custom Design page as 5 business days for generic chocolates and 10 business days for a logo, after
final approval of the art work. Rush orders are available, time permitting, for a 20% surcharge.
What art work is needed?
Art work for an imprint must be camera ready and large enough to be clearly scanned.
To have a logo chocolate made, follow the same art work guidelines as for an imprint. Further details are listed on the Art Work page.
My client wants a specific package - can you do it?
Order size will help to determine the final answer, but we do provide custom designed packaging in
addition to our regular inventory. Please keep in mind that a custom package will increase the turn around time.
Can you match a PMS#?
Hot stamp imprinting is a different process than printing and we can not match colors exactly, but will come as close as possible.
Our foil colors are listed on the Imprinting page, along with PMS numbers they are closest to. If there is a concern regarding two or three different colors, we can forward sample swatches for your client to choose from. You may choose to have some packages printed with four colour process on larger volumes or laser colour printed labels instead of hot stamp imprinting.
Do you provide product samples?
Most of our small packages are available at no charge. Some of the medium and large boxes will require a nominal purchase price and you will be responsible for shipping charges. If you need it in a hurry, provide us with your Fed Ex account number and we will ship same day for you.
